Complete Dismissal after Motion for Reconsideration

Lauren Mangiameli secured a complete dismissal, with prejudice, of a lawsuit in an at-fault, motor vehicle accident case, where plaintiff’s counsel vehemently opposed a seemingly straightforward application of the statute of limitations. While the Court first denied a Motion to Dismiss, Lauren was undeterred and filed a Motion for Reconsideration, which was just granted, signed, and entered by the Court.
