Corey Kraushaar and Jayne Winner received a favorable jury verdict for their client. Plaintiff received an electrical shock while changing burnt bulbs in defendant’s electrical sign, fell two stories off of a ladder, and sustained a fractured left heel bone, fractured right toes, and back and head injuries. Plaintiff claimed that Defendant told him the electrical power to the sign had been turned off. Defendant disputed Plaintiff’s contention. Plaintiff underwent multiple surgeries with hardware. Plaintiff submitted $75,000 in medical bills. Plaintiff requested $600,000 from the jury. Jury found 60% fault against the plaintiff for a verdict of $120,000.
