Dan Sanchez is a senior associate with Brown & James, P.C., practicing in the firm’s St. Louis office. His practice focuses primarily on workers’ compensation cases in Missouri and Illinois. However, he also has experience in general civil litigation, defending cases involving auto accidents, homeowner liability, pharmacy liability, and prisoners’ allegations of civil rights violations. He has defended workers’ compensation claims at all stages, from initial filing to appellate oral argument.
Dan has given presentations on several workers’ compensation issues, including employer considerations for dealing with the growing legalization of medical and recreational marijuana across the United States.
Dan attended college at Saint Louis University and returned to the area after graduating from Northern Illinois University College of Law.
