David Fischer is an associate with Brown & James, P.C., in the firm’s St. Louis office. His practice group focuses on complex litigation in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury defense, premises liability, automobile liability and construction law.
David is a graduate of Washington University School of Law, where he received his J.D. in May 2019. Additionally, he graduated from Saint Louis University magna cum laude with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating in Sports Business, in 2016. At SLU, David was a part of the Business Scholars Program, was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Business Fraternity and was selected as the Outstanding Senior in Sports Business by his professors.
Prior to joining Brown & James, David was a legal intern in Global Legal Services for a Fortune 500 reinsurance company based in St. Louis. His work at Reinsurance Group of America, Inc. focused on contract review and legal research of insurance laws, federal and state regulations and NAIC model codes. In addition, David has held non-legally based positions with the St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals.
