Brown & James welcomes associates Royce Egeolu, Katelyn Gannon, and Jeremy Lewis to its St. Louis office. Egeolu practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation, environmental/toxic torts, and product liability. Gannon practices in the areas of insurance law and premises and retail liability. Lewis practices in the areas of appellate law, arson-fraud litigation, and insurance law.
Egeolu was previously an associate at Shook, Hardy & Bacon and was also a former middle and high school teacher. He served as an intern for the Hon. Michael Davis, U.S. District Court for District of Minnesota, and the Hon. Vanessa Gilmore, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Egeolu obtained his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2017 and A.B. from Dartmouth College in 2012.
Gannon was previously an associate at the Bardol Law firm. She also served as an intern for Voorhees Family Law and the Wildlife Law Program at Friends of Animals. She is active in the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri and Illinois Climbers Association. She is also a William Woods University Alumni Board member.
Gannon obtained her J.D. from Saint Louis University in 2016 and B.S. from William Woods University in 2013.
Lewis was formerly an insurance investigator and police officer and detective. He is designated as a Fraud Claims Law Specialist (FCLS) and a Fraud Claims Law Associate (FCLA) by the American Educational Institute (AEI).
Lewis obtained his J.D. from Saint Louis University in 2019. He received his MBA in 2011 and his B.S. in 2009 from Lindenwood University.
