  • Thomeczek v. Pepose Vision Inst., et. al,, St. Louis County, Missouri (2019)—obtained defense verdict for ophthalmologist on a claim of failure to diagnose a complex disease process, endogenous endophthalmitis, leading to the loss of the plaintiff’s eye.
  • Stumpf v. Signature Medical Group, et. al, St. Louis County, Missouri (2019) – obtained defense verdict for a dermatologist on a claim of failure to obtain “clean margins” during Mohs procedure and reoccurrence of cancer.
  • Koelling v. Mercy Clinic, et. al, Franklin County, Missouri (2019) – obtained defense verdict in re-trial of case concerning alleged infection and other complications following colorectal surgery.
