Maxim is an associate in the Brown & James’ St. Louis office. He practices in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage, premises and retail liability, medical malpractice, Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (MMPA) cases, and other business litigation matters.
Maxim was born in Belgium and lived in New Orleans before moving to Russellville, Ark. He attended Russellville High School and was an active member of a local Boy Scout troop, where he became an Eagle Scout. Maxim attended Hendrix College in Conway, Ark., to study Economics and Business before earning his law degree at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville.
