Summary Judgment in Emotional Distress, Conspiracy Case

John Cunningham, Dan Hasenstab and Josh Hinkle defended a case in which their client was sued for abuse of process, intentional infliction of emotional distress and civil conspiracy. Plaintiffs alleged their abused the court process by filing an order of protection, that their client engaged in many acts that amounted to intentional infliction of emotional distress and that they conspired with others to force plaintiffs to move. The federal judge granted our motion for summary judgment.
