The Workers’ Compensation Practice Group represents employers by way of their insurance carriers and employers as self-insured entities. Our lawyers provide our clients with estimates of exposure for the purpose of establishing reserves and allotting resources in a manner consistent with need. We make recommendations for the swift and successful resolution of claims where possible and the strong defense of cases where trial is necessary.
We regularly appear before the Division of Workers’ Compensation throughout the State of Missouri. Our Springfield and Kansas City, Mo., offices can offer the assistance of our colleagues in a joint representation that reduces legal expenses for representation in those areas. We also appear before the Illinois Commission in a number of dockets in Illinois, including Collinsville, Mt. Vernon, Herrin, Springfield, Quincy, Urbana, Peoria, Rockford, Wheaton and Chicago.
