Kevin J. Adrian is a principal with Brown & James, P.C., practicing in the firm’s St. Louis office. Mr. Adrian started with the firm in 1998 and became a principal partner with the firm in 2004.
Mr. Adrian is the chair of the firm’s workers’ compensation practice. Mr. Adrian represents employers, businesses and insurers in all aspects of workers’ compensation law and dispute resolution in Missouri and Illinois. He has represented clients in the retail, construction, manufacturing, nursing, shipping, transportation, educational and aviation sectors. His case experience ranges from minor injuries, such as lacerations and strains, to major claims involving amputations, toxic exposure, and fatalities. Mr. Adrian previously served as Chair and Chair Emeritus for the Workers’ Compensation Steering Committee of ALFA International.
Mr. Adrian obtained his bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University in 1995 and his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1998. In addition to his workers’ compensation practice, Mr. Adrian has represented virtually every field of health care practice, including physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, dentists and pharmacies in both civil and regulatory matters.
